Change Management

Agreements on modifications to the project between the customer and project staff should be documented. If changes exceed a specified time period or affect the project’s scope, reevaluation of the project must be completed. If changes can be made in a fairly short time frame, a process must be in place to document the agreed upon modifications. At designated time periods the customer needs to be informed as to any scheduling adjustments, cost reestimation, or changes to the project itself.
Ultimately, the project manager has to prepare final project proposal assessment sheet to have a better control as indicate in the format in the appendix -1.
