Any report may be made anonymously, at your option, and must be made in one of the following ways:
By contacting your supervisor;
By contacting our Vice President, Human Resources or General Counsel;
By calling the EthicsPoint Hotline at 1-866-384-4277 or on-line at www.ethicspoint.com, which will process your report and forward it to appropriate TIBCO personnel for investigation; or
